Live a Mindful Life with Clarity, Integrity and Authenticity.

I’m grateful that you’ve decided to stop by my page.  I am a Mindfulness Mentor, Coach and a Yoga and Meditation teacher.

My expertise includes tools and techniques that empower clients to discover the answers within.  Using a mindfulness-based approach, I support people to become more present and empowered in their lives as they uncover conditioned beliefs and patterns that have held them back. I work with them to discover the resources they have within for living a life of peace, clarity, integrity and authenticity.

I will meet you exactly where you are on your path and support you to develop skills to live your life mindfully and on purpose.

I look forward to sharing the lessons I’ve learned along the way with you through Coaching, Yoga and Meditation.

Browse below to learn about my practice and offerings.

MINDFULNESS COACHING

Life is full of ups and downs and in-betweens.  Having the support of a coach or mentor to offer tools to ride those waves can be extremely beneficial.  I’ve ridden those waves and it wasn’t until I enlisted the support of a coach that I was able to ride them mindfully with less flailing about.  Yep, I said flailing.  That’s what one of my “before coaching” chapters felt like.

So, why Mindfulness Coaching?  Mindfulness practices can support us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. It can also help us to focus our attention, be present and observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment. Thus, we can respond to life rather than react to it.

My job as a Mindfulness Coach and Mentor is to support my clients by offering tools and strategies to ride the waves of life, to encourage accountability and offer guidance and support when difficulties arise.

I support my clients by holding space for presence, reflection and connection.  Let's connect and see if we'd be a good fit to work together!

YOGA & MEDITATION

All classes are offered via Zoom!

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.

Practicing Mindfulness Meditation involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

Yoga, in my experience, is meditation in the body.  Yoga has many benefits - from increased focus, physical strength to heightened flexibility.  We all benefit differently from yoga. The road of yoga is endless - it begins with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth.

My Yoga classes utilize the teachings of Kripalu yoga which is a compassionate approach with emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life.

Class Options: Private, Group, Drop In or for a Corporate Wellness Program

Promote Wellness

Corporate Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation contribute to health and happiness in the office and in life. Give yourself and your team a balanced mind, new energy and better focus during the day. Invest in the mental and physical health of your employees and experience the benefits together.

The next time you go out in the world, you might try this practice: directing your attention to people—in their cars, on the sidewalk, talking on their cell phones—just wish for them all to be happy and well.
Without knowing anything about them, they can become very real, by regarding each of them personally and rejoicing in the comforts and pleasures that come their way.
Each of us has this soft spot: a capacity for love and tenderness.
But if we don’t encourage it, we can get pretty stubborn about remaining sour. ~ Pema Chodron
