My expertise includes coaching tools and techniques that empower clients to discover the answers within. Using a mindfulness-based approach, I support people to become more present and empowered in their lives as they uncover conditioned beliefs and patterns that have held them back. I work with them to discover the resources they have within for living a life of peace, clarity, integrity and authenticity.

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing Mindfulness Meditation involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits - from increased focus, physical strength to heightened flexibility. We all benefit differently from yoga. The road of yoga is endless - it begins with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth.
My Yoga classes utilize the teachings of Kripalu yoga which is a compassionate approach with emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life. During class, students are encouraged to move with the breath and explore each pose within their own physical limit and strengths, making my classes appropriate for all levels of experience.
Kripalu Yoga uses classic asanas (though not a particular set or routine), pranayama (breath work), development of a quiet mind, and the practice of relaxation.
What defines Kripalu Yoga is its emphasis: following the flow of prana (life-force energy), practicing compassionate self-acceptance, developing witness consciousness (observing the activity of the mind without judgment), and taking what is learned “off the mat” and into daily life.

I will help you identify the barriers that prevent you from living a mindful life of personal integrity. My method of coaching is called "co-active coaching" which means that you and I are equal, active collaborators.
As a coach, my job is to support you to make the changes needed to achieve the outcomes you desire. I will work with you to identify specific goals, projects or transitions in areas of your life, including your relationships and career.
Together, we'll determine where you are today, uncover the obstacles or challenges that are standing between you and your vision and develop steps and actions to overcome those challenges. You'll learn how to better focus on the here and now and be encouraged to celebrate all of your values, skills, strengths and talents. You'll also learn how to use the process of inquiry to reconnect to your most authentic self.
Our relationship is built on a foundation of trust and confidentiality and it's that foundation, along with the commitment you make to coaching, that can promote the lasting change and growth you seek.
I will serve as a guide, teacher, mentor and partner supporting you to live your life on purpose and within your integrity.
