My Classes

Mindfulness Yoga is based in the tradition of Kripalu Yoga which is a traditional practice designed to awaken and align the energy in the body, quiet the mind, and access states of deep connection internally. A combination of breath-work and postures allows the student to explore posture flows and deep meditation simultaneously. 

All classes are open to all levels.

By proceeding with registration for a class you expressly agree to the terms of the waiver.

Go with the Flow
Kripalu Fun Flow pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. 

The focus is on alignment and breath, tossing in a new pose here and there to challenge you with a special emphasis on proper technique, helping you to refine your form.

This Slow Flow class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day-to-day life. 

Relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.

Mindful Stretch & Flow Yoga

Start your day out right.  

This is a quiet, mindful movement class and open to all levels.  

Mindful Stretch and Flow offers the space for self inquiry, encouraging you to notice the feelings and sensations within the body and to calm the swirling thoughts of the mind. 

The pace is slow and meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. The poses will be gentle, help with circulation and improve range of motion.

This class is open to all levels of experience.


Surrender to your mat
Yin is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. 

This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the shoulders, knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). 

A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 2 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. 
Get ready to pause, stretch and strengthen your body and calm your mind.​​
