Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation
Mindfulness Yoga is based in the tradition of Kripalu Yoga which is a traditional practice designed to awaken and align the energy in the body, quiet the mind, and access states of deep connection internally. A combination of breath-work and postures allows the student to explore posture flows and deep meditation simultaneously.
During class, students are encouraged to move with the breath and explore each pose within their own physical limit and strengths, making my classes appropriate for all levels of experience.

Mindfulness Meditation
Monday & Thursday - 11:30am EST (20 min)
Wednesday - 5:30pm EST (30 min)
2nd Saturday - 9:00 am (45 min)
Join us for a pause. Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.
Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.


Slow Flow
Monday & Wednesday -Noon
Saturday - 9:00am (40 min Gentle + 10 min Meditation)
This Slow Flow class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day-to-day life.
Relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
This class is open to all levels of experience.
Fun Flow
Tuesday & Thursday - 5:30pm EST
The focus is on alignment and breath, tossing in a new pose here and there to challenge you with a special emphasis on proper technique, helping you to refine your form.
This class is open to all levels of experience.


YIN Yoga
Friday - 4:00pm EST
Surrender to your mat
Yin is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the shoulders, knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine).
A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 2 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This class is open to all levels of experience.
Saturday Mindfulness Meditation
2nd Saturday of the month
9:00am EST
Join us on the 2nd Saturday of each month.
Enjoy a sense of peace and inner stillness as we explore a variety of mindfulness meditation practices together. This monthly gathering welcomes both new and experienced meditators. (30-45 min)


Yoga Nidra
3rd Monday of the Month (7:45pm)
Experience deeper levels of inner relaxation than you ever imagined possible. Give yourself permission to rest, balance and restore, tapping into new sources of energy.
This inspired meditation practice will awaken your whole being, allowing you to enjoy life fully.
There is nothing required of you but to lie down and listen. Class is 30-40 minutes
Private Session
Are you new to Yoga or Meditation or perhaps you have experience and just don't want to go to a studio?
A private session allows you to work one-on-one with me to create a practice that works for your body and your level of experience at your own pace.
