Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation
 

Mindfulness Yoga is based in the tradition of Kripalu Yoga which is a traditional practice designed to awaken and align the energy in the body, quiet the mind, and access states of deep connection internally.  A combination of breath-work and postures allows the student to explore posture flows and mindfulness simultaneously. 

During class, students are encouraged to move with the breath and explore each pose within their own physical limit and strengths, making my classes appropriate for all levels of experience.

I value each and every person who joins my class and look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
