Corporate Mindfulness classes are a great way to improve workplace morale, increase productivity, support employee health and bring everyone together as a group.  These classes are live-streaming via Zoom and accessible from anywhere in the world.

Yoga & Meditation can be a welcome break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day.

Robyn Povich is an advanced level Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation teacher and Mindfulness Coach. In addition to her public classes, she works with companies that value a healthy lifestyle for their employees. 

Mindfulness Meditation


Mindfulness meditation is a proven way to increase productivity, creativity, and reduce stress. Through meditation, employees have a chance to deeply relax and recover, reducing stress and burnout. They also have an opportunity to reflect and discover a deeper sense of self and purpose. This allows them to better engage with their work and relate to the important role they play in your organization.  


Class options:

30 or 45 minutes of brief mindful stretches that employees can do at their desk and then a guided meditation. 

60 minute offering which would include mindful movement. 

These classes are accessible to all levels of experience.


Mindfulness Yoga 


Yoga classes are customized to the needs of the students and encompass methods to build strength, balance, and flexibility.  Students will learn about healthy alignment, body mechanics, and deepening their felt sense to find greater health in the postures. Yoga and meditation as part of a corporate wellness program helps to relieve stress, reduce workplace repetitive use injuries, and provide an opportunity to feel more energized, focused, and find peace in body and mind.  

 
You don’t need to be flexible to do yoga.  You do yoga to get flexible. For every yoga pose there are modifications. Robyn will support you to experience the benefits of yoga at your own pace.


Class options are 30, 45 or 60 minutes and accessible to all levels of experience.
