Mindfulness & Conscious Relationships

Mindfulness Practice for Compassion & Wisdom

This 4-week course is designed to cultivate your self-compassion and develop and/or strengthen skills to be more compassionate towards others.

During this 4-week course we will explore what gets in the way of being present.

Introduction to Mindfulness

6-week Live-Streaming Class on Zoom

Monday April 3, 10, 17, 24  and May 1, & 8 -  5:30pm EST (1 hour per class)

The purpose of mindfulness meditation is to become mindful throughout all parts of our life, so that we’re awake, present and openhearted in everything we do.

Mindfulness practices can help us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. It can also help us to focus our attention, as well as to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Held live via Zoom, this 6-week course explores what mindfulness is (and isn’t) through direct experience and discussion. Each week we will investigate a different aspect of mindfulness and its implications for your life.
