Give yourself the gift of developing intentional awareness to the present moment through the practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness can assist us in creating space between stimulus and reaction in our daily lives. This space offers the possibility of freedom to engage life with curiosity, non-judgement, and compassion.
Mindfulness can help us feel less stressed and anxious, more grounded and at ease, and able to respond more skillfully in our work and personal relationships. It is a practice that benefits both ourselves and others.
Weekly topics include:
Being Human: Mindfulness of Emotions
Compassion and Observation
Transforming Habits That No Longer Serve
Cultivating Well-Being and Wholesome States
This program is priced on a sliding scale between $100 - $125.
Please consider paying at the rate you're most comfortable with. Your generosity supports your fellow practitioners and allows me to offer classes to those with financial restrictions.
