The Work™ is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question thoughts that cause all the suffering in the world. It's a way to understand what's hurting you, and to address your problems with clarity.


The Work is four questions that have the capacity to radically transform your life.  Once you identify a stressful thought, take it to The Work. As a Certified Facilitator, I support you in finding out what is true for you, as you discover your own answers to the questions. I assist you in identifying areas you want to address. Using a variety of simple techniques, I help you uncover stressful thoughts to work on, including underlying beliefs that may have defined and limited your entire experience for a lifetime.


My job is not to analyze or guide you in the direction of any particular outcome. My job is to provide a safe, loving space for you to find and experience your own answers, your own truth.

In my experience with The Work, freedom from pain and clarity about how to proceed in your life only come through the answers that are already within you.


Discovering The Work quickly shifted my approach to life including the way I deal with people and situations. It is my privilege to share The Work with clients. I love experiencing The Work as it moves people to notice their truth.
